CLUB- Community of Love, Understanding, and Bonding
Okinawa Parent's CLUB is a support group for our parent's in our local military community. Located on the beautiful island of Okinawa, we are mostly comprised of spouses of DOD employees or military members stationed here. We know how difficult it is to be so far from home & that's why having a network of support is especially important here! Join us and make your stay here on island easier & more fun!
Okinawa Parent's CLUB offers a variety of activities for you & your family. We have events during the day, evening, and sometimes on weekends, so there is something for everyone! Children are always welcome at our activities and we offer a free childcare program for some events! Our events vary from month to month.

Prospective members are encouraged to attend up to two Club functions to see if Okinawa Parent's CLUB is a good fit for them before being required to join. We have lots of opportunities for our members to be involved, including Executive & Jr. Board positions, or joining a planning committee for Special Events or Community Service projects, or just voting at a Membership Meeting. We are passionate about making a difference in our community, so we ask our members to participate in our Service Projects and FUNdraisers, whether your role is big or small is up to you! We believe being a parent should not isolate you, so children are always welcome at Club functions!
Joining is easy! Just send us an email expressing your interest & we will give you all the details for our next function. Attend to see if Okinawa Parent's CLUB is for you, then fill out our Membership materials & pay dues! Our membership dues are $24 a year. Dues are pro-rated based on the month that you join with full year dues paid in April. Members PCSing off the island within the year can have their yearly dues reduced based on their DEROS date. This pays for our monthly newsletter & calendar, supplies, facility use & other administrative costs. If the dues would be a hardship for your family, please talk to a Board Member when you visit us!
